Keith Burt is a West End-based artist, who works across landscape, portraiture and still life painting. He has been a finalist in the Archibald prize twice, first in 2017 with a portrait of QAGOMA Assistant Director,Tarragh Cunningham, and again in 2019, depicting Queensland-born writer and journalist, Benjamin Law. After working in animation and illustration, Burt has pursued painting full time since 2011 and he continues to exhibit his work regularly in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Hall’s Jewellers & Watchmakers is a jeweller specialising in expert watch and clock servicing.
This has been a jewellery store since 1961 when it was first built. The building occupies what was the once the front yard of the Swiss chalet style residence which still sits behind the shop. Halls Jewellers has been here since 1985. Peter Hall began his business in the CBD in 1970. His son Ian is the current proprietor.
